• To maintain networking infrastructure, hardware components, and software systems.

• Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications as necessary.

• Provide technical support to all users, ensuring seamless operation of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.

• Address user queries and issues related to networking, internet connectivity, and various ICT devices promptly and efficiently.

• Monitor network usage and implement user permissions and passwords to ensure data security.

• Keep workstations and servers updated with the latest Windows patches and updates.

• Participate in managing network security solutions to safeguard company data.

• Provide training and guidance to users with varying levels of IT proficiency.

• Replace hardware components as needed to maintain optimal performance.

• Ensure smooth operation and usage of Tally software across relevant departments.

• Deploy LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including routers, switches, and other networking hardware.

• Prioritize company interests and security in all IT activities, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
