Responsibilities & Context:
Evaluate manufacturing processes based on quality criteria, such as efficiency and speed.
Develop and test effective automated systems.
Design and install equipment based on Production Demand.
Organize and manage manufacturing workflows and resources.
Find ways to reduce costs and maximize quality.
Train staff in new and existing processes
Collaborate with other engineers, overseas team member and suppliers.
Upgrade systems and processes with new technology and initial stage visualize by animation.
Project monitoring and reporting
OEE & MOP Analysis
Any other task assign by Management.
