HR Operations, Training & Development, Training Facilitation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Retail Store
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, provide/ coordinate different Online and Physical training programs for the Employees
∎ Actively monitoring the training needs to all the employees all over Bangladesh
∎ Prepare different training manuals as per the organizational need
∎ Record Keeping & Maintain documentation of administrative functions related to training and different HR activities
∎ Activities to enrich HR of the company
∎ Actively participate in different HR Projects assigned over the time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good command of English is a must/ Good communication skills (both English & Bengali) are required
∎ High proficiency in Microsoft Office, (Power Point, Excel, Word)Ability to learn, unlearn and relearn
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
∎ Ready to travel individually or in a team all over Bangladesh to organize and train employees
