Educational Requirements:
∎ Must be Masters in Business Administration (major in Human Resources) having at least CGPA: 4.50 on a scale of 5.00 and CGPA: 3.25 on a scale of 4.00 in their academic career from well reputed universities.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General HR, HRIS/ HR Database Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1 - 2 years experience in the HR field preferably in HRMIS with any reputed organization will be an added advantage.
∎ Excellent command over written English.
∎ Candidates having knowledge in advanced level MS Excel and expertise in programming will be given preference.
∎ Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem solving skills are desired.
