∎ Masters in any discipline with PGD in HRM/MBA in HRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ 2-3 years working experience in related area in Banks or Financial Institutions or any other reputed organizations
∎ Well conversant in Human Resource Information System (HRIS) as well as writing skill in English & Bengali
∎ Adequate Knowledge in HR functions like acquisition, development, motivation & maintenance and HR Software
∎ Training in related field; energetic,people oriented, dynamic, target oriented
∎ Ability to develop HR reports and inscribe minutes, memo, letter, note, order, circular, etc.
∎ Able to work independently under pressure & self-motivated
∎ Should have conceptual ideas;
