Responsibilities & Context:

Ventura Leatherware Mfy (BD) Ltd is looking for potential talents for the position of Officer in General HR functions under Human Capital Management Department.

An HR Generalist is a key role in human resources that involves managing a broad range of HR functions and supporting employees at all levels of an organization. The primary responsibility of an HR generalist is to ensure smooth HR operations by handling various tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and more.

Below are the main duties and responsibilities of an HR Generalist:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Job postings: Creating job descriptions and posting vacancies on various platforms.
  • Interviewing candidates: Screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and conducting reference checks.
  • Onboarding: Coordinating new hires' orientation, introducing them to company culture, and ensuring all paperwork is completed.

2. Employee Relations

  • Conflict resolution: Addressing employee concerns, resolving disputes, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Employee engagement: Organizing team-building activities, employee surveys, and initiatives to boost morale and job satisfaction.

3. Compensation and Benefits

  • Payroll support: Assisting with payroll management and ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • Benefits administration: Managing employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans), ensuring enrollment, and resolving issues related to benefits.
