Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any subject.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with various departments/programs of BRAC at field level, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
∎ Liaise with a wide range of people involved in policy areas and ensure its compliance. Deal with employees’ need and queries regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
∎ Conduct field based recruitment and selection process along with obboarding of new staff in field offices. Besides, ensure identification, retention and development of talents of field office.
∎ Participate and organize of different training, meeting and forum in the field offices.
∎ To strengthen rapport with the field staff and build a brand image of HRD by visiting the field offices on a regular basis. Take part in different Employer Branding initiatives for increasing the organizational brand value.
∎ Support and follow-up for on time performance appraisal to make it effective.
∎ Involve with internal investigations process and properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
∎ Process documentation and prepare reports relating to HR activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
