Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with various departments/Programs of field offices of BRAC, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
∎ Liaise with a wide range of people involved in policy areas and ensures its compliance. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
∎ Coordinate & organize field based recruitment & selection process.
∎ Identify, retain & develop the talents of field offices by coordinating with the talent management team.
∎ Involve with the whole process of project staff (ps) & teacher recruitment.
∎ Involve with the activities related to health insurance matters of field offices.
∎ Take part at different Employer Branding initiatives for increasing the organizational brand value.
∎ Participate & organize of different training, meeting and forum in the field offices.
∎ Ensure, coordinate and facilitate the on boarding of new staff in field offices.
∎ To strengthen rapport with the field staff & build a brand image of HRD by visiting the field offices on a regular basis.
∎ Ensure on time performance appraisal in qualitative manner & actively involve with the program people to make it effective.
∎ Work to achieve the best outcome of Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) at field level.
∎ Involve with internal investigations process (i.e. theft, harassment, etc.).
∎ Handle complaints and grievance procedures properly.
∎ Process documentation and prepare reports relating to HR activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
∎ Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on HR concept
∎ Good at Problem solving & decision making on different issue
∎ Skills on computer, IT, software skill, coaching, counseling and presentation

Salary: Negotiable
