Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct sanction screenings for all assigned staff, including new joiners, in alignment with organizational policies and compliance standards.
∎ Ensure accurate data entry into the software to facilitate proper processing of sanction screenings as per guidelines.
∎ Collaborate with HRBPs, recruiters, and other stakeholders to ensure the efficient execution of the sanction screening process.
∎ Provide timely updates to stakeholders on the status and outcomes of sanction screenings.
∎ Maintain accurate and confidential records of all sanction screening data.
∎ Address queries related to sanction screening and staff data management.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation.
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
∎ Strong attention to detail skill.
∎ Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
∎ Effective communication and collaboration skills.
