Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow HR policies and practices
∎ Organize and maintain employee/ personnel records, Update internal databases
∎ Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems.
∎ Maintain payroll information as required.
∎ HR related Bills & Vouchers Process and forward.
∎ Ensure, develop and maintain employees/ officer's health-hygiene, safety & welfare issues.
∎ Manage incoming and outgoing calls through PABX system and handle front desk operation with proper care.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
