∎ MBA from reputed University, major in HRM is preferred
∎ BBA/ MBA in HRM, Public Administration from any public or only reputed private Universities.
∎ Applicants from IBA-DU, IBA-JU, IBA -RU, faculty of business studies-DU, KU, NSU, EWU, AIUB, BRAC, and IUB are highly preferred.
∎ Post Graduate Diploma on Human Resources Management or Diploma in Social Compliance will be preferred.
∎ IBA, Dhaka University,IBA, Rajshahi University,IBA, Jahangirnagar University students will get preference
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruitment and selection, Employee development and training, Policy development and documentation, Performance measurement and improvement system, Maintaining discipline & administration in the corporate office, Check daily attendance report of the employees.
∎ Properly update and maintain personal file of the all employees.
∎ Assessing Manpower demand from the concern department.
∎ Job design and development based on organizational and departmental goal.
∎ Ensure core business, activities and participating in overall HR controlling system of the company.
∎ Designing and implementing performance management system.
∎ Maintaining HR functions, motivation, and performance appraisal system.
∎ Supervising welfare facilities & ensure the Welfare Policy health, hygiene & safety issues to the Workers.
∎ Comply grievance handling procedure & counselling of employees.
∎ To execute Orientation and Training Program and awareness for the new employees. Ensure relation between Company owner and Employees wants.
∎ Ensure implementation of Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules 2015 in the corporate office.
∎ Liaise with all concern department in order to coordinate with Buyers visits and take all necessary steps for facing the buyers/ Govt. and compliance visit and audit / assessment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Well experienced in HR & Administration function in reputed company.
∎ Experienced in capability & capacity management & development.
∎ Strong in written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficient in MS office package along with good command on internet, handling software like MRS and other HRM related software.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in written & spoken English.
∎ Should have the ability to work in team.
∎ Willingness to work independently in a fast paced environment with self-direction under pressure.
∎ At least 8 years experience in large national conglomerate, preference will be given to those with better understanding of local Laws, regulations & compliances.
