Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garment General Store, Grey Store, RMG Store, Skills Required: Chemical store, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper storage of all Raw Materials like as Chemical, Dyes, Greige, Mechanical, Electrical equipment and spare parts needed in Woven Garments/Home Textiles.
∎ Raise material requisition as per production line demand and complete MPR, MRR.
∎ Confirm daily material delivery from store to production floor as per their demand and control store Inventory properly.
∎ Monitor and maintain all required records, register, ledger & MIS reports of the store as well as inventory BIN cards.
∎ Check and supervise the daily receiving, issuing reports and all other documents related with materials movement of the store.
∎ Preparing the monthly stock report and send it to the concerned reporting personnel.
∎ Follow-up with the suppliers for day to day requirement, fixing the timing for issue and receiving the materials, Receiving Indents.
∎ Ensure items of right specification are purchased in actual quantity
∎ Update daily consumption, receiving of any materials, daily stock status etc.as well as need to ensure store reorder level, over stock level.
∎ Receive imported item according to LC (Letter of Credit)/Challan.
∎ Prepare and maintain of Non moving, Fast moving, Slow Moving Items etc
∎ Ensure Reorder Level safety stock level inventory, plan and maintain all store items for smooth production
∎ Manage the regular activities & Operation of Concern Store.
∎ Executing all the Day-to-Day Stores Function as per the Manual & SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
∎ Ensure proper maintain and operation of the store like safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch
∎ Ensure proper store compliance regarding goods inbound & out bound, warehouse management, safety and security within the store.
∎ Make sure inventory control. Ensure minimum stock level.
