∎ Master's in any discipline/ BSC in Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) from reputed university with no third division in academic records.
∎ Professional Certification: Diploma or short course on Computer literacy, AutoCAD software and training on MS Excel and MS Word will be given preference

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Site Selection: Identify and assess suitable locations for new branches, sub-branches, and offices based on strategic and operational requirements.
∎ Board Approval: Prepare and present detailed project proposals, cost estimates, and justifications to secure approvals from senior management and the Board.
∎ Bangladesh Bank Correspondence: Communicate with Bangladesh Bank regarding branch licensing, location approvals, and regulatory updates.
∎ Lease Agreement: Draft, review, and coordinate legal documentation for property leasing; liaise with landlords and legal advisors to ensure timely execution.
∎ Interior Works: Plan, supervise, and coordinate all fit-out activities including design, layout, branding, furnishing, networking, and utility setup.
∎ Assessment of Project: Conduct cost-benefit analyses, feasibility studies, and technical evaluations before project initiation.
∎ Monitoring & Follow-up Project: Monitor progress of infrastructure and administrative projects; follow up with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery.
∎ Bangladesh Bank Reporting: Prepare and submit periodic reports to Bangladesh Bank as per compliance requirements.
∎ Vendor Assessment: Evaluate vendor performance, maintain a panel of approved contractors/suppliers, and ensure adherence to service-level agreements.
∎ Management Information System (MIS): Maintain accurate records and generate MIS reports for management and audit purposes.
∎ Circular/Instructions Memo: Draft and circulate internal memos and administrative circulars related to establishment operations and policies.
∎ Other Duties: Perform any other ad-hoc tasks or assignments as required by management.
