Job Context

The Well Group started its business in 1957, a Hong Kong based world`s top brands` fashionable handbag manufacturing conglomerate. Ventura Leatherware Mfy (BD) Ltd, a sister concern of the group company commenced its business in 2012 in Uttara Export Processing Zone, located far north of the country in Nilphamari. We are looking for deserving candidates for the position of Officer-Employee Relations (Female only).

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement programs to reduce instances of indiscipline.

  • Respond and resolves problem received from Employees on specific work-related issues and challenges

  • Proactively counsel and help workers / team member understanding in respect to - Advantage of arriving office in time, avoiding unauthorized absence, Counsel Team Members/ Workers/ Employees having performance difficulties.

  • Implement birthday wish and attendance appreciations on monthly basis.

  • Provide inputs and co-ordinate implementation of identified automation of ER Operational Process.

  • Conduct planned and periodic awareness programs on - Importance of Teamwork & Managing Personal problem affecting work.

  • Perform Different HR activities as instructed.
