Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Officer is responsible to calculate his daily target.
∎ Ensure the information's that collected from PP meeting are conveying properly to the operators.
∎ 5 minutes discussion with the operator regarding embroidery production target.
∎ Collect all information from pp meeting.
∎ Ensuring the attendance of the supervisors with samples for Embroidery PP meeting.
∎ Maintain discipline of embroidery, if any quality problems arise which is supervisor unable to solve then he has to take appropriate steps.
∎ Give instructions to the supervisor about embroidery problems.
∎ To develop quality & production with training.
∎ Help supervisor to make a plan of embroidery feeding.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be Punctual, Responsive.
∎ Able to multi-task and take the pressure.
∎ Maintain own & product safety.
∎ Good Inter-personal & communication skills in Bengali and English.
