Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate activities across departments and ease the process of Cutting, Sewing and Finishing form production then Marketing, Product development and Sample room from pre-production.
∎ Drive continuous improvement initiative to improve productivity and quality by introducing KAIZEN, 5S and Manufacturing Excellence methodologies and ANOS (Automated Notification Systems.
∎ Identify areas of opportunity and formulate action plans to minimize Manufacturing waste and cost.
∎ Identify, develop, and implement new process improvements to gain operational excellency.
∎ Develop SOPs for routine tasks especially related to Material Management, People Management and Control.
∎ Develop and implement new operating procedures to standardize manufacturing process in garments division.
∎ Organize Trainings for management regarding modern Manufacturing tools and management methods to cerate integrated culture in garments division.
∎ Monitoring staff and operations, and drawing up strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
∎ Assisting Managers to develop incentives that improve performance.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining performance reports, and providing training and guidance to staff members.
