Responsibilities & Context:
ACI Motors is hiring for the Yamaha service center who will manage the reception and provide support for the service center customers. Major Responsibilities are -
Manage the reception desk of the service center.
Open and manage job cards in the software system.
Conduct Facebook Live sessions and manage activities on the Facebook page and other online platforms.
Attend customer phone calls, meet queries and provide service-related support.
Collect customer feedback and perform basic data analysis.
