Responsibilities & Context:

Manage customer accounts and ensure effective communication and coordination between the customer, sales team, production planning, and production departments.

Handle customer order processing (both sample and bulk), follow-up on orders, and provide timely feedback.

Mediate and resolve customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Support the Sales/Marketing team with required reporting and documentation.

Assist in achieving sales targets by providing necessary operational support.

Prepare and manage all required deemed export documentation related to orders.
