  • 1–2 years of experience in sales is preferable

  • Freshers who are interested in sales are encouraged to apply

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Energetic and willing to perform regular client visits, meetings, and travel as required

  • Good decision-making skills

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and implement action plans



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients through proactive market research, networking, field visits, and follow-ups

  • Maintain regular communication and visit schedule with existing and prospective clients to strengthen relationships and understand their requirements

  • Collect client requirements and prepare accurate quotations, cost sheets, proposals, and tender documents as needed

  • Manage sample handling including collection, arrangement, delivery, and retrieval of product samples from warehouses, outlets, or suppliers

  • Coordinate internal communication with relevant departments (Design, Production, Supply Chain, Outlets, etc.) to ensure timely order fulfillment

  • Track and monitor order status, delivery schedule, payment collection, and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Maintain documentation and reporting, including client information, visit reports, follow-up updates, and sales records

  • Participate in meetings, presentations, and events with corporate clients and represent Aarong’s corporate sales offerings

  • Support quotation and proposal preparation by gathering data, verifying pricing, and ensuring compliance with client requirements

  • Assist in resolving client issues promptly by coordinating with internal stakeholders to provide solutions

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation.

  • Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
