Education:
Bachelor’s degree in BBA or any related field from a reputed university.
1–2 years of experience in sales is preferable

Strong negotiation skills
Energetic and willing to perform regular client visits, meetings, and travel as required
Good decision-making skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and implement action plans
Identify and acquire new corporate clients through proactive market research, networking, field visits, and follow-ups
Maintain regular communication and visit schedule with existing and prospective clients to strengthen relationships and understand their requirements
Collect client requirements and prepare accurate quotations, cost sheets, proposals, and tender documents as needed
Manage sample handling including collection, arrangement, delivery, and retrieval of product samples from warehouses, outlets, or suppliers
Coordinate internal communication with relevant departments (Design, Production, Supply Chain, Outlets, etc.) to ensure timely order fulfillment
Track and monitor order status, delivery schedule, payment collection, and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain documentation and reporting, including client information, visit reports, follow-up updates, and sales records
Participate in meetings, presentations, and events with corporate clients and represent Aarong’s corporate sales offerings
Support quotation and proposal preparation by gathering data, verifying pricing, and ensuring compliance with client requirements
Assist in resolving client issues promptly by coordinating with internal stakeholders to provide solutions

Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation.
Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
