Responsibilities & Context:

Job Grade: OG-I / OG-II

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process and manage invoices for vendors, sponsors, CSR, and media-related expenses, ensuring timely payments in coordination with the Procurement and Finance teams.

  • Track billing status, maintain logs, and ensure alignment with approved project budgets.

  • Maintain organized digital and physical archives of CSR and communication-related documents, including MoUs, contracts, reports, and memos.

  • Assist in compiling documentation for internal audits, budget reviews, and compliance checks.

  • Provide logistical and administrative support for CSR programs, campaigns, and internal communication events.

  • Support internal communication and CSR reporting through data collation and vendor invoice tracking.

  • Liaise with creative and media agencies to validate invoices and ensure accuracy of financial documentation.

  • Ensure adherence to governance protocols and regulatory compliance in all documentation and CSR reporting activities.
