Graduation from a reputed institution with a satisfactory academic track record.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Process and manage invoices for vendors, sponsors, CSR, and media-related expenses, ensuring timely payments in coordination with the Procurement and Finance teams.
Track billing status, maintain logs, and ensure alignment with approved project budgets.
Maintain organized digital and physical archives of CSR and communication-related documents, including MoUs, contracts, reports, and memos.
Assist in compiling documentation for internal audits, budget reviews, and compliance checks.
Provide logistical and administrative support for CSR programs, campaigns, and internal communication events.
Support internal communication and CSR reporting through data collation and vendor invoice tracking.
Liaise with creative and media agencies to validate invoices and ensure accuracy of financial documentation.
Ensure adherence to governance protocols and regulatory compliance in all documentation and CSR reporting activities.
