Additional Requirements:
- Age 23 to 30 years
- Only Male
- Candidate must have English typing skills of at least 25 wpm.
- Proficiency in the usage of MS Excel Example: Sum, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Hookup, Pivot Table, Graph, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, accessories, and finished goods.
Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile with ERP/system records.
Perform internal audits of inventory movement, storage, and issuance.
Identify variances, report discrepancies, and recommend corrective measures.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and audit standards.
Assist in preparing audit reports and inventory-related documentation for management review.
Coordinate with store, production, and accounts teams to ensure transparency and accountability.
