Education:
    • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any relevant field from a reputed university. Professional courses in relevant subjects will get added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary: The Officer (Admin) is an important role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of MSS, including attendance and leave management, vehicle management, support staff management, store & procurement management, printing & publications activities and so on. The Officer will ensure smooth functioning and compliance with organizational policies.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Vehicle Management:

    • Manage vehicle allocation, maintenance, and ensure proper utilization of all the vehicles.

    • Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.

    • Coordinate with drivers for timely transportation services for staff and official purposes. 

  • Attendance & Leave Management:

    • Monitor daily attendance and manage leave requests of all employees.

    • Maintain records of attendance and leave balances for payroll purposes.

    • Ensure timely submission of attendance reports to the HR department. 

  • Support Staff Management:

    • Supervise support staff, including cleaners, office assistants, and drivers.

    • Plan, organize, and manage their work schedules and tasks.

    • Ensure proper performance and discipline among support staff. 

  • Procurement & Store Management:

    • Manage the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services in line with organizational needs.

    • Maintain records of purchased goods and services, ensuring adequate stock levels.

    • Oversee the proper storage and distribution of materials and supplies. 

  • Printing & Publications:

    • Coordinate printing and publication tasks such as newsletters, brochures, annual reports, and other materials.

    • Ensure timely and quality printing and distribution to the relevant field offices & departments and external stakeholders. 

  • Record Keeping, Documentation & Maintenance:

    • Maintain an organized filing system of administrative records, reports, and documentation.

    • Manage office equipment, ensuring timely repairs and replacements as needed.

    • Supervise external vendors providing maintenance and security services. 

  • Coordination & Event Management:

    • Assist in organizing internal meetings, trainings, and events.

    • Coordinate logistics for company events, including venue setup and catering arrangements. 

  • Health & Safety Compliance:

    • Ensure that the office environment adheres to health and safety regulations.

    • Organize fire safety drills and provide staff with necessary safety information and resources. 

  • Others:

    • Perform any other tasks assigned by the management to support smooth administrative operations.

Job Other Benifits:

    Compensation & Other Benefits

    • After confirmation: BDT 22,000 - 25,300 per month (for Assistant Officer Position), BDT 27,500 - 35,600 per month (for Officer Position) (negotiable during the probation period).

    • T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Medical allowance, Contributory Provident fund, Gratuity, Two festival bonuses in a year, yearly increment, special "Staff Welfare Fund" to cover health expenses for self and family. The death benefit from a Special "Staff Welfare Fund". Stipend facility for meritorious children.
