Experience:
A Bachelor`s degree in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, Business Administration, Public Health, Communications, or a related discipline.
Experiences:
1-3 years of proven experience in an administrative or program support role, preferably within an NGO setting or a health-related program
Additional Qualifications:
Strong administrative and organizational skills to manage documentation, scheduling, and office operations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla to liaise with stakeholders, beneficiaries, and team members.
Proficiency in clerical support and IT skills, including expertise in computer composition, logging data, creating charts, and using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to collect, compile, and summarize reports and program information accurately.
Experience in event and logistics management for meetings, seminars, workshops, and/or health camps is desirable
Job Summary: The Program Assistant will be an integral part of the program and provide all administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Eye Care Program at MSS (ECP-MSS). The incumbent will work closely with the Eye Care Program team. They will be responsible for maintaining communication with partner hospitals, all other program team members, and relevant stakeholders of ECP-MSS.

The incumbent will work closely with the Eye Care Program team. They will be responsible for maintaining communication with partner hospitals, all other program team members, and relevant stakeholders of ECP-MSS.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Program Support:
Gathering information from program team members, questions from beneficiaries, and stakeholders.
Provide effective support to senior officials in developing project proposals, concept papers, expressions of interest, and report writing as per requirements.
Assist in planning, organizing, and conducting eye/health camps in different areas as and when necessary.
Update and maintain effective communication and information of local authorities, GO, NGOs, INGOs, stakeholders, beneficiaries, and the media.
Keep all program-relevant documentation up-to-date, i.e., program plans, reports, graphs, charts, so that the supervisor can get a clear view of current program status.
Provide support in preparing comprehensive reports on program results, newsletters, leaflets, flyers, brochures, etc., and preparation of event budget.
Liaise effectively with Finance, HR & Admin departments when necessary.
Administrative Duties:
Provide support to the regular administrative works of the program
Attend phone calls, text messages, and respond accordingly,
Control incoming and outgoing documents, timely distribution, and maintain records.
Schedule meetings, prepare necessary materials, document and distribute meeting agenda and minutes.
Collecting and compiling all types of reports as guided by the supervisor.
Provide all clerical support, i.e., computer composition, logging data, creating charts, and updating the website.
Provide support in the arrangement of all official gatherings, i.e., meetings, seminars, workshops/symposiums, recruitment and training programs.
In addition to the above, any other duties/ responsibilities related to the program are to be carried out as and when required.
