Education:
- Master of Social Science (MSS)
Master’s degree in social sciences, Sociology, Economics, Gender Studies, Anthropology or Social Welfare.

Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in community development and social mobilization in rural/semi-urban settings, particularly in water supply and sanitation contexts.
Proven experience conducting community needs assessments, FGDs, rapid appraisals and participatory rural appraisal methodologies.
Demonstrated experience in design, monitoring and evaluation of gender-responsive projects.
Strong ability to lead formulation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of social safeguard frameworks.
Experience developing community mobilization documents and safeguard reports in Bangla and English.
Strong understanding of grievance redress systems and community accountability mechanisms.
Desirable:
Experience working in World Bank-funded or government infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with HELP Monitoring Dashboard systems.
Experience integrating safeguard and GRM monitoring into digital systems.
Experience in the WASH sector in similar contexts.
