Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's in any discipline from any recognised university/ institution

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise office cleaner and office assistant as applicable
∎ Coordinate workshop & meeting arrangement
∎ Coordinate events as necessary
∎ Maintain supply inventory
∎ Ensure logistics supports to sectors at branch level
∎ Assist operation team in branch level to ensure admin supports
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place,encourage others to do so

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics support
∎ Commitment to an understanding of BRAC core values and principles
∎ Have minimum reporting skill.
∎ Willingness to live and work in difficult and rapidly changing conditions
∎ Ability and willingness to travel and stay in the field
∎ Have excellent knowledge on Office Applications.
∎ Excellent language skills both English and Bangali

Salary: Negotiable
