Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To Develop concept & design different types of functional foods.
∎ To ensure and specify the function of the developing functional foods.
∎ To define & describe the functional food beneficial matters to the consumers.
∎ To develop servicing size and nutrition plants, taking clients, preferences and budgets into account.
∎ To develop and developing product nutritional values & Daily intake values.
∎ Assess clients' nutritional and health needs.
∎ Campaigning clients on nutrition issues and healthy eating habits.
∎ To work with the R&D team to develop process system for the developing functional food, with keeping proper functional activities of the foods.
