Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Must be Proficient in English Spoken, writing and reading.
∎ Must be Good with computers and a tech enthusiast
∎ Must be good at MS Office suite specifically MS Excel, G-suite.
∎ Any experience in Networking, Linux system administration, Programming, MS SQL will be added advantage.
∎ Working experience in internation VOIP carrier, Telecom, IPTSP, Billing and switching systerm will be added advatage.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA,IELTS
∎ Training/Trade Course: CCNA,IELTS,Linux
∎ Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Networking Skills

∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): ISP operations, ISP Tech Support, Telecomunication
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication

Job Context:
∎ INSTACALL LLC (www.instacall.digital) is an US business entity based in Bangladesh engaged in VOIP, SMS and SaaS business with customers all around the world, is looking for Customer Support Engineer for Network Operation Center (NOC).
∎ This is fully night shift postion in accordance to US business hours. Applicants who may not be comfortable with night shift or shifting duty hours are requested no to apply for this position.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide First level support to INSTACALL Clients.
∎ Maintain Telecom switch, server and Other SaaS products of the company.
∎ Troubleshoot any system end or customer end Software and service issues.
∎ Escalate issues that cannot be resolved at first level.
∎ Prepare daily, Weekly, Monthly reports.
∎ Back end routine maintenance.
∎ Co-ordinate with Billing team for customer, Vendor and suppliers payments.
∎ Co-ordinate with vendor, suppliers for troubleshooting, maintenance, etc on a daily basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must willing to go extra mile to solve customer issues.
∎ Must willing to work additional hours if needed.
∎ Must be a team player.
∎ Must be a quick learner

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary Will depend on emcumbants exeperience and qualification. Weekly Holidays are on Alternate Saturday and Sunday.
