Must be able to prepare rich contents, presentations and convincing presentation skills.
Experience in writting blogs, social media content creation.
Responsibilities & Context: Instcall LLC is an US FCC registered Telecom service provider. We provide telecom services all over the world primarily to call centers that are engaged in telemarketing to US consumers and businesses. Our potential customers are both in Bangladesh and Globally. Incumbent must be fully equipped to make aggressive penetration to Bangladesh BPO industry and as well as Global market effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meet companies monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Capability to do sales through all spectrum sales channels (e.g. over phone, email, LinkedIn, social media, direct customer visits. etc)
- Generate sales leads through digital platforms like LinkedIN, Facebook, Skype, cold calling, email marketing.
- Attend customer queries in company website chat channel and help them get onboard with our services.
- Ability to do sales negotiation and prepare estimates and quotations for clients
- Must be able to track and manage sales cycle through CRM suites like HubSpot, salesforce, sugerCRM, etc.
- Continuous customer engagement to make sure customer is satisfied with our service to make sure customer retention.
- Persistent sales accumen is essential and the ability to convert a no to yes.
