Responsibilities & Context:
Develop frontend (React.js + TypeScript) for CRM, billing, SMS & dialer dashboards and other SaaS products
Build and maintain backend APIs
Integrate telecom vendor APIs (SMS, voice).
Work with Asterisk and VICIdial
Design scalable system architecture for BSS platform
Handle telecom data (CDRs, SMS logs, usage tracking)
Build real-time features using webhooks/WebSockets
Ensure security, performance, and reliability
Own features end-to-end (UI → backend → deployment)
