INSTACALL LLC (www.instacall.digital) is a US-based VoIP & SaaS company serving customers across the globe. We specialise in carrier-grade voice termination, SIP trunking, cloud PBX, call centre infrastructure, and SaaS and AI communication platforms.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a technically strong and motivated system administrator to join our Network Operations Center (NOC) team with the following set of responsibilities.
Install, configure and maintain different server applications on Linux platform with different Linux flavors like (Alma, debian, Ubuntu, OpenSure, etc.).
Secure server infrastructure from online threats. Well versed in Linux firewall and other security tools.
Manage server deployment in the cloud and work with virtualization technologies like KVM, VMWare, Proxmox, etc.
Maintain websites, domains, cPanel, and email systems.
Support our development and application deployment with Git & Docker.
Deploy Asterisk-based PBX, Vicidial servers, IP phones, and softphones.
Maintain office network infrastructure, data centre, storage servers, and office networking.
Use a Mikrotik router for VPN, firewall, bandwidth shaping, BGP routing, port forwarding, etc.
Writing scripts with Python.
