∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ IELTS overall score over 7 will have added advantage. CCNA/CCNA (VOIP), MTCNA, Any professional course in Linux.Programming, scripting skills in linux platforms will add great values.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide prompt and conclusive support to INSTACALL Customers all over the world.
∎ Maintain VOIP switch, server, CRM system and Other SaaS products of the company.
∎ Deploy IP Phone, Softphone, Cloud PBX, Call Center Software suite.
∎ Troubleshoot any system end or customer end Software and service issues.
∎ Trouble Ticket management.
∎ Provision of different products and reports based on customer’s request.
∎ Back-end routine maintenance. Maintaining office Network and system infrastructre.
∎ Lear INSTACALL product and services due to its unique nature and adapt to those in quick manner.
