Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Deploy, troubleshoot and monitor performance of customers in our SIP switching system.
∎ Promptly respond and resolve trouble tickets.
∎ Communicate with vendor to resolve VOIP service related issues.
∎ Communicate with Customer for troubleshooting and billing purposes.
∎ Learn INSTACALL product and services and deploy to customers.
