Internet Service Provider, Mikrotik, Network Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage different types of servers such as LDAP Servers, Gateway, Proxy servers, Owncloud Servers, Trac servers for IT help desk, Web servers & FTP servers.
∎ Having practical knowledge to install and configure networking routers (MIKROTIK), switches (CISCO), OLTs (VSOL, BDCOM, C-DATA), and wireless devices are compulsory.
∎ Working with Different types of Switching Services (VLAN, TRUNKING, VTP, STP, RSTP etc.) and GPON, OLT, ONU etc.
∎ Manage GGC, FNA, IX Services, Traffic Queues & Scheduling.
∎ Must have knowledge and experience in bandwidth management.
∎ Working with any kind of Network Troubleshooting and Outages issues.
∎ Maintain effective communication with vendors, peers, and clients in support of assigned projects and tasks.
∎ Identify, diagnose, and resolve network problems.
∎ Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
∎ Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
∎ Reporting network operational status and managing projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Experience in IT department of a reputed organization will be preferred.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills, capable of pleasantly interacting with different levels of staff.
∎ Excellent knowledge of English and Bengali is essential.
∎ Should be dynamic and proactive.
∎ Modern System adaptability & Creativity.
∎ Should have the ability to prioritize and plan works effectively.
∎ Ability to work under pressure meeting deadlines.
