Relevant and industry-recognized certifications such as CCNP, CCNA, MTCRE, NSE 4 preferable

Minimum 4 years of working experience in a similar role, focusing on enterprise network management preferable
In-depth understanding of enterprise networking concepts
Strong knowledge of routing & switching protocols, firewall & security Infrastructure, and VPN technologies
Proven ability in network monitoring & troubleshooting tools
Expertise in SD-WAN & WAN connectivity and network device configuration & management
Responsibilities & Context:
Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain IT Infrastructures across enterprise environments (LAN, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, etc.).
Manage and support network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, WLC, AP, WAF, load balancers, and UCM.
Implement and maintain routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP, and switching technologies including VLAN, STP, VTP, EtherChannel, HSRP, VRRP, and vPC
Configure and troubleshoot VPNs (IPSec, SSL, GRE) and remote access solutions to ensure secure connectivity.
Monitor network health and performance using tools like FortiAnalyzer, Cacti, and PRTG to proactively detect and resolve bottlenecks or outages.
Provide level 2/3 technical support, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement scalable network solutions.
Perform regular network maintenance and upgrades (firmware, patches, OS).
Stay updated on evolving technologies, including SD-WAN, cloud networking, Zero Trust, and network automation.
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation.
Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
