Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop an annual Network Development strategy at national level.
∎ Assist in the development, implementation, monitoring and reporting of regional operational plans, activities and associated budgets.
∎ Active participant in relevant internal cross-team working groups.
∎ Work with team members to strengthen and enhance representative governance structures and processes at regional and national levels.
∎ Manage the mapping of regional state and non-state stakeholder's networks, platforms and Associations.
∎ Support the establishment of new regional / national networks and platforms.
∎ Identify and facilitate collaboration and partnerships with other regional and other relevant governmental stakeholders, networks, alliances and associations.
∎ Set national target and formulate marketing, advertising and promotional strategies to achieve national target, growth & market share.
∎ Developing sales team in undertaking aggressive sales & distribution plans by guiding regarding appointment of appropriate distributors/channel partners, designing field force incentive programs and by undertaking various skill development programs.
∎ Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts sales strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
∎ Recommend guideline throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Good at Ms-Office Suite (Ms-Word, Ms-Excel & Ms-PowerPoint).
∎ Have knowledge about the relevant industry/ products (Lubricants).
∎ Ability to work most energetic team.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure & work environment.
∎ Strong communication & negotiation skills.
