∎ Candidates must complete B,Sc before 2000 & M,Sc complete before 2005.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the toll plaza, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
∎ Supervising toll booth operators, Supervisor and ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
∎ Monitoring traffic flow and ensuring that vehicles are processed quickly and efficiently.
∎ Implementing and enforcing toll collection procedures, ensuring that all tolls are collected accurately and in a timely manner.
∎ Maintaining accurate records and reports of toll collections.
∎ Managing inventory of toll booth supplies and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
∎ Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Developing and implementing strategies to improve operations, increase revenue, and enhance customer satisfaction.
∎ Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure the quality and accuracy of toll collection processes.
