Title: Senior Civil Engineer (DPM/PM)- Real Estate

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 45000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• At least 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Developer

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering
• Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering

• At least 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Developer

• Age 30 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Candidates must have 10 years experience .

• Creating detailed drawings, detailing structural systems, and preparing engineering reports and calculations.

• Execute design & drafting / detailing using software Such as SAP, AUTO CAD (ETABS, STAAD-PRO, SAFE, Tekla) etc.

• Conduct systematic feedback with the other team members (Project Architects, project Engineers-Electrical and mechanical & plumbing).

• Analysis of configurations of the basic structural components of the building & other structures responsible for the structural design.

• Have adequate knowledge of Earthquake Resistance Design according to the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), American Standard (ACI), and Uniform Building Code (UBC).

• Extensive knowledge in connection design as per targets set by top Management.

• Any other task assigned by the Top management.

• Lead the team of Engineers, Supervisors & Technically Supporting Staff independently.

• To manage the site to mention construction progress according top management decision.

• To assist renovation works as when required.

• Monitor & maintain the quality of construction work as per design specification.

• Ability to effectively inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building codes, safety codes and other regulation.

• All Govement Polytechnic Institutes or Public Universities like- Dhaka Polytechnic Institute/ Comilla Polytechnic Institute/Kustia Polytechnic Institute/Khulna Polytechnic Institute/Rangpur Polytechnic Institute/Rajshahi Polytechnic Institute/Bogura Polytechnic Institute e.t.c. are preferable.
