Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Setting Sales Targets: The National Sales Manager is responsible for setting sales targets for the sales team, ensuring that they are in line with the overall goals of the company.
∎ Developing Sales Strategies: The National Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that are aligned with the company's objectives.
∎ Monitoring Sales Performance: The National Sales Manager must regularly monitor the sales team's performance and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Recruiting and Training Sales Staff: The National Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting and training new sales staff, as well as developing and managing the existing sales team.
∎ Establishing Relationships with Key Clients: The National Sales Manager must establish and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the company's products or services.
∎ Analyzing Sales Data: The National Sales Manager is responsible for analyzing sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
∎ Reporting to Senior Management: The National Sales Manager must provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant information.
∎ Budget Management: The National Sales Manager is responsible for managing the sales budget and ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently.
