Job Responsibilities

● Lead and manage all branch functions including Sales, Activation, Distribution, and Warehouse.

● Ensure smooth execution of daily operational tasks with high efficiency.

● Monitor branch KPIs and ensure achievement of targets.

● Deliver revenue, distribution, and market share growth in the assigned territory.

● Build strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and key trade partners.

● Implement sales strategies to maximize growth for brands like Mamypoko, Paisoft, and Sofy.

● Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Executives, Merchandisers, and other field staff.

● Conduct field coaching and performance reviews.

● Build a motivated and accountable team culture.

● Handle key accounts and negotiate trade terms.

● Develop promotional and activation plans with the Marketing team.

● Ensure excellent dealer & retailer experience.

● Prepare and present weekly, monthly, quarterly performance reports.

● Analyze sales trends and competitor activity.

● Implement corrective actions and business plans.
