Lal Teer Livestock Development (Bangladesh) Limited a concern of Multimode Group is the first Bangladeshi Research and Development (R & D) based "Livestock Breeding Company" in the private sector. From the very inception LTLD has been working for the improvement of Buffalo and Cattle breed throughout the country. Our R&D includes genetic farm (breeding farm), bull stations, fodder bank and modern semen processing laboratory, as well as improvement of feed, animal health and management technique for smallholder animal farmers including women entrepreneurs. The Bull Station is fully equipped with live bull management and semen production and distribution of frozen semen of dairy, beef cattle and buffaloes which is quality certified by ISO (ISO 9001:2015). Job Responsibilities:
To be responsible for leading Sales team to obtain assigned target through marketing forces.
Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales.
Oversee daily sales activities, ensuring efficient and effective implementation of sales plans
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans and monitor accurately to achieve sales targets.
Assist with the promotional activities of the company, including Sales activations, brand activations & events, etc., to ensure adequate market awareness for our products
Coordinate with Marketing, Accounts, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, like AISP, dealers, and distributors
Training, development & monitoring of sales & distribution personnel
Proactively develop and implement sales strategies to drive market share and revenue growth.
Prepare annual sales budgets and forecasts in coordination with senior management.
Supervise field operations regularly as per monthly schedule and maintain team coordination.
Organize regular meetings with stakeholders, RM, TM,AISP,and farmers.
Analyze competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies.
