Additional Requirements & Preferences
Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English (oral & written).
Basic computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet.
Willingness to travel frequently across Bangladesh.
Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Filmora etc.).
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital analytics platforms.

Job Context
The Marketing Manager will lead all marketing activities for bovine and buffalo semen sales across Bangladesh. This role combines field-level marketing and dealer engagement with strong digital marketing leadership — especially Facebook and YouTube content production. The person will develop and execute integrated marketing plans to drive demand, expand market share, strengthen brand positioning, and support nationwide sales operations through coordinated physical and digital campaigns.
Position Objectives
Increase semen product demand and market penetration among farmers, AI technicians and dealers.
Build and maintain a trusted brand image for the company in the livestock sector.
Produce high-quality educational and promotional digital content (YouTube & Facebook) that converts to leads and sales.
Support sales teams with marketing collateral, training, and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
A. Traditional / Field Marketing
Lead on-ground marketing, dealer relations and farmer engagement to support sales targets and market expansion.
Develop and implement field marketing strategies to increase semen sales.
Identify new geographic markets and assist field teams in expansion activities.
Conduct market analysis: breed demand, semen performance trends, competitor pricing, and market shifts.
Plan/execute dealer & distributor activation programs, retailer support and loyalty initiatives.
Organize regular training, meetings and workshops for dealers, AI technicians and field staff.
Run farmer outreach: courtyard seminars, village campaigns, fairs, demo events, and breed showcases.
Create and distribute physical promotional materials: brochures, leaflets, banners, catalogs and POS items.
Ensure consistent brand usage in all field operations and communications.
Coordinate with veterinary associations and local authorities for visibility and stakeholder engagement.
Travel extensively to field locations across Bangladesh as required.
B. Digital Marketing & Content
Own the company’s digital presence with focus on YouTube and Facebook to educate, build trust and generate leads.
Develop/manage Facebook & YouTube channels focused on livestock education, AI, and product branding.
Produce end-to-end video content: scriptwriting, shooting, voiceover, editing and publishing (Bull profiles, how-tos, testimonials, field coverage).
Create informational video series: semen quality, AI procedures, breed performance, farm management, disease control, success stories.
Apply YouTube SEO: keyword research, titles, descriptions, tags and thumbnail strategy.
Produce short-form vertical videos (Reels/Shorts) for social platforms.
Plan and run targeted paid social campaigns (Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads) and monitor ROI.
Manage website content: semen catalogue, breed pages, blogs, events and news; coordinate updates with IT.
Use analytics (YouTube Studio, Meta Insights, Google Analytics) and CRM dashboards to track performance and conversion.
Generate regular digital performance reports and actionable recommendations for management.
