Job Responsibilities:
∎ Taking initiative to establish short and long-term sales goals of the company and, in collaboration with other departments, sets sales, profit, growth, market share and other goals.
∎ Preparing Regional Sales Budget and distribute nationally among the Zonal Sales Managers, Area Managers
∎ Taking active part in selecting new products to increase company's sales volume as well as profit and image.
∎ Selecting the most appropriate promotional materials for the effective promotion of products in collaboration with the marketing department.
∎ Making arrangement for development of detailed sales programs design to improve competitive positions, reduce selling and other distribution expenses & reach established sales goals.
∎ Reviewing and approving sales policies, strategies and pricing policies (as long as they have the direct or indirect impact on sales goal) of all products to ensure that short-term operations are in accord with long-term profitability and do not jeopardize other phases of the company's operations.
∎ Establishing an effective plan of organization and method of controlling the activities of members of the sales organization.
∎ Responsible to set up a modern and effective sale strategy for existing/new product
∎ Understanding of sales force effectiveness tools and reports.
