• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Fashion Design, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Age At most 27 years

• Learn and comply with factory compliance, safety, and quality standards.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication..

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.

• Participate in buyer audits, internal audits, and factory visits when required.

• Take on cross-functional assignments as part of the management trainee development program.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management related to merchandising or operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling buyer inquiries, order confirmations, and follow-up communications.

• Support preparation of costing sheets, price breakdowns, and order summaries.

• Coordinate with production, sampling, quality, procurement, and planning teams to ensure smooth order execution.

• Track order status from order receipt to shipment and report progress to seniors.

• Assist in preparing Time & Action (T&A) calendars and ensure milestones are met.

• Support sample development (proto, fit, size set, pre-production samples) and maintain sample records.

• Help maintain buyer files, order documents, and merchandising databases.
