Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support all users about installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners etc.
∎ Install, configure and manage LAN/MAN/WAN internet and internet system.
∎ Install, configure and manage server and network and network devices such as Router, Switch, Firewall, Bandwidth Manager, Wi-Fi etc.
∎ Install, configure and maintain different types of servers (Linux & windows environment) like Mail. DNS. Proxy. Web, DHCP, Database etc.
∎ Ensure the security, integrity and availability of all software and hardware systems.
∎ Establish and maintain the server backup systems and recovery policies and procedures.
∎ Implement and maintain database security and backup.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in MS Office Application.
∎ Oversee all technical support and troubleshooting activities related to Network printers, LaserJet printers, photocopy machines, scanners, CCTV cameras, Access Control Devices, Multimedia Projectors, etc.
∎ Identifying and monitoring recurring requirements for all computer/laptop users, and formulating and implementing desired solutions for them accordingly.
∎ Monitoring and ensure day to day IT operation is running smoothly.
∎ Take care of all the administration of IT devices & infrastructure.
∎ Design and implementation of new solutions and incorporate new technologies in the current environment.
∎ Performs other duties (IT related works) as assigned.
