Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ BBA / MBA (preferably majoring HR).
∎ PGDHRM and having related HR Certification would add advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assists in Strategic long-term planning of HR Policies, Direction & Goals
∎ Designs, Develops assessment center tools
∎ Conducts assessment center, Designs Assessment Center Matrix
∎ Assists to design role wise Competency Mapping and organization wide competency framework
∎ Develops training materials, Assists to execute yearly/half yearly training plan
∎ Involves in the Corporate and Plant HR operational issues
∎ Assists to formulate and execute Compensation & Benefits plan

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be effective in verbal and written communication skills in English
∎ Self-motivated, excellent interpersonal skills and team-player
∎ Good Command in MS packages

Salary: Negotiable
