Responsibilities & Context:
∎ prepare form "Kha/Gha", PRC, Back-to-Back LC certificate.
∎ To collect Cash Incentive certificate from Bank.
∎ NOC Collection from BEPZA,To make a complete file for Cash Incentive to submit Bank and Audit firm.
∎ To maintain export documents for Cash Incentive etc.
∎ Manage end-to-end export processes (EP-EXP) and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
∎ Prepare and verify export documentation, including all shipping documents.
∎ Taking buyer and forwarder approval, Communicate & co-ordinate effectively with buyer's concern parties.
∎ Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transports, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
∎ Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve issues related to export orders.
∎ Ensure adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
∎ Monitor and track shipments to ensure they reach their destination on time.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all export activities and prepare reports for management.
∎ Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in export operations.
∎ Responsible for handling all types of Import & follow up accordingly.
∎ Taking IP and handover to C&F agent along with all shipping documents on time to get consignments release.
∎ Customer PI checked with HS code.
∎ Co-ordinate with Govt. officials & C&F agent, Banks, Forwarders, Transportation on time.
∎ Monitoring shipment, documents retirement from bank and clearing goods from the ports.
