∎ Job Description - MEAL Manager
∎ Project/Program : OKUP
∎ Probation Period : 3 months
∎ Job Type : Contractual - Initially for One Year. (Extendable based on performance and available fund)
∎ Reported to : Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Specific roles and responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for data collection, database entry, analysis, and quality checks of project data.
∎ Monitors project activities and progress towards achieving the project output.
∎ Develops data collection tools and reporting templates.
∎ Carries out data analysis using Excel/SPSS
∎ Ensure obtaining of high-quality data from field offices.
∎ Practices, promotes, and endorses the issues of safeguarding policy among the team including relevant stakeholders.
∎ Implementation of M&E tools in KoBo.
∎ Frequent field visits for M&E interventions.
∎ Prepare data analytical reports, graphics, presentations etc. monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, annually and when necessary
∎ Ensure very high standards in financial and logistics management to meet accountability and transparency,
∎ Represent OKUP when and where necessary,
∎ Any other activity required and directed by the senior management.
∎ This list of duties and responsibilities is by no means exhaustive and the post holder may be required to undertake other relevant and appropriate duties as required

Additional Requirements:
∎ Essential:
∎ At least three years of experience in a similar position (M&E and MIS) for national or international development projects.
∎ Basic knowledge of human trafficking, child marriage, gender-based violence, and safe migration-related issues is preferred.
∎ Hands-on experience in data gathering through FGD, KII, and household surveys.
∎ Experience monitoring NGO activities for the purpose of M&E.
∎ Experience organizing training activities.•
∎ Skills
∎ Skilled in English in writing, reading, and speaking.
∎ Fluent in Bangla in writing, reading, and speaking.
∎ Demonstrated strong Microsoft Office skills including strong command in MS Excel.
∎ Skilled in email communication
∎ Skilled in virtual communication - meeting, training, etc.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams and in a multicultural environment.
∎ Ability to travel frequently to project areas.
∎ Good report writing along with analytical skills
∎ Excellent problem solving skills
∎ Excellent risk management and cost control skills ation: Dhaka (Head Office)

Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
