Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or Bachelor's in Economics/ Statistics/ Development Studies/ Social Science/ Humanities/ Any branches of Sciences or any other relevant subject from any recognised university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit camps and collect quarterly monitoring data through interview with parents' facilitators and community members as well as through day-to-day observation of the program (e.g., HPL, Adolescent program; GCC etc.) according to plan
∎ Enter, clean, organise and sort data/information through SPSS
∎ Communicate with the programme people for programmatic updates of each quarter
∎ Develop case studies through FGD and In-depth interview with Play Leaders/ Facilitators, parents and community members of different programs
∎ Attend meeting, workshop and prepare report on findings
∎ Share monitoring findings with monitoring and programme team
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Additional Requirements:
∎ Have knowledge on monitoring concepts, definitions, processes and methodologies
∎ Able to analysis qualitative & quantitative data & indicator setting skill
∎ Familiar with technology-based data collection techniques
∎ Commitment to an understanding of BRAC core values and principles
∎ Have competency to work independently with minimum supervision
∎ Have effective acquaintance with people and data entry management
∎ Willing to live and work in difficult and rapidly changing conditions
∎ Willing to travel and stay in the field
∎ Able to work effectively in a culturally diverse organisation
∎ Have knowledge on Microsoft Office Programmes
∎ Excellent language skills in both English and Chittagonian
