Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate day to day project implementation process and activities and identify data to be collected and design data collection system in consultation with Project Manager and Donor.
∎ Provide support in establishing an effective data collection and validation system
∎ Gender disaggregated data collection from the project area keeping relevance with the project output and outcome.
∎ Follow-up survey activities in the field and ensure quality of data collection and other quality control measures.
∎ Ensure effective and efficient monitoring & evaluation of Process and Progress along with assessing the impact of project implementation;
∎ Regular visit to the project activities in the field and keep track of the activities/ events implemented;
∎ Assist in conducting baseline and end line survey, data processing and reporting, also conducting mid-term/final evaluation, special studies and in implementing M&E Plan & collection & reporting of data as required by project.
∎ Update & develop strategies, operational plans, manuals and action plans for Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning.
∎ Ensure Monthly, Quarterly and Final report as per donor requirements.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in working with multi-disciplinary team in a cross-culture setting.
∎ Strong knowledge on Monitoring & Evaluation, Reporting and emergency response in working in complex, protracted emergences in a challenging work environment.
∎ Knowledge of humanitarian principles, standards and system
∎ Teamwork spirit and community mobilization skills
∎ Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
∎ Good report writing and communication skills.
