Experience:

• 5 to 7 years

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Architecture
• Diploma in Glass & Ceramic Technology

Certification in Ceramic Modelling, Product Design, Industrial Design, or related creative fields (preferred).

Training in CAD software (Rhinoceros, AutoCAD, SolidWorks) or 3D modelling tools is an added advantage.

Workshops or courses on ceramic materials, mould-making, glaze application, or prototype development will be considered a plus.

-Strong ability to customize designs according to buyer requirements.

-Advanced skills in modelling, sketching, sculpting, and product creation.

-Sound understanding of ceramic materials, mould-making techniques, and production feasibility.

-Creativity, innovation, and strong aesthetic judgment.

-Ability to work collaboratively with production and quality teams.

-Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

1. Model, sketch, and create ceramic products from concept to prototype.

2. Develop customized designs according to buyer requirements and market trends.

3. Prepare detailed sketches, 2D/3D models, and prototypes using manual and/or CAD tools.

4. Collaborate with Production, Quality, and R&D to ensure accurate translation of designs into finished products.

5. Conduct trend research and propose innovative design variations or new product ideas.

6. Inspect and refine prototypes, solving technical or aesthetic challenges.

7. Maintain design documentation, revisions, and sample records.

8. Mentor junior designers/assistants in modelling and creative techniques.

9. Provide input on product presentation and packaging to enhance market appeal.
